At Bareback Footwear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your boots don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your footwear is in its original, unworn condition and packed in the original branded shoebox to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely package your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Process

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
